All Lumè Silk hair is carefully prepared to ensure the highest quality.

Please allow 7–10 business days for order processing before shipment. This processing time applies to all pre-order items and begins once payment is received.

Processing times do not include shipping time.

During high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lumè Silk is not responsible for:

• Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

• Delays caused by address errors

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
