Refund policy

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all hair extensions, wigs, frontals, and closures are final sale.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The item is unused
  • The lace is uncut
  • The product is in its original packaging

Approved returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Any item that has been worn, altered, or tampered with will not be eligible for return.

For purchases made using Klarna:

• Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging (hair products must be unopened/unused for hygiene reasons).

• Customers have the right to return with free postage within 14 days of delivery.

• No restocking fees are charged for Klarna purchases.

• Exchanges or store credit are not offered for Klarna purchases.
